Where is Feather and Weave based?
Feather and Weave is a family business, our passion is to produce beautiful, bespoke furniture to delight you and to put those unique finishing touches to your home.
When buying from us you will be dealing directly with the manufacturer and talking to professional, friendly people in our traditional upholstering workshop situated on the shores of Lough Neagh in Country Tyrone, Northern Ireland.
Why are Feather and Weave's Furniture so reasonably priced?
It is the direct relationship between Feather and Weave and you, the customer, that makes our chairs so competitively priced.
Simply, we cut out the middle man, passing on the savings made from purchasing directly from the manufacturer to you.
We do not incur charges tied up with multiple outlets, selling through other companies and paying for huge marketing campaigns. Why involve anyone else when we work so well together on our own?
Can I get fabric samples to help me decide?
Yes!
Have doubts about your fabric choice? Don’t worry about it!
We understand viewing a fabric on screen may not be quite the same as seeing and feeling it in reality which is why we will happily send you samples of the fabrics you’re interested in for a small fee.
Choose the fabrics you would like a sample of to test against your colour schemes, textures and other furniture, allowing you to answer any questions or doubts you may have, helping to achieve that perfect finishing touch to your home.
How long will it take to craft and deliver?
Your furniture will take approximately 4-6 weeks to reach you from the date of order. Please contact our dedicated staff who will be happy to discuss and advise you of your earliest possible delivery date – Feather and Weave have an enviable reputation for service and quality.
How is my furniture delivered and what are the costs?
We deliver your furniture directly to your door throughout the UK and Ireland completely free of charge.
Do you ship to Europe?
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the UK and Ireland.
What kind of warranty is there for damaged/faulty goods?
There is little chance that our products would be faulty due to the elevated attention to detail in production, although, in the unlikely event that you find a fault with our furniture you can either exchange your furniture or return it for a refund within 5 days.
How do I make my order?
Ordering online with Feather and Weave couldn’t be easier. Once you find your desired design simply click on it and you will be prompted for fabric choice and shape to complete your design. The price and specifications of each design is displayed on each page. Additional information on each design is provided below its image.
